This is a delicious single origin coffee that is a great representation of the Central American origin. It is a washed processed coffee from Mexico and the light/medium roast highlights the bright citrus flavors with a strawberry sweetness.

This coffee is great when brewed in a batch drip brewer. Or prepare it as pour over to really highlight those delicate flavors.
