Guatemala is one of our absolute favorite coffee origins. Known for clean, crisp citrus acidity and complex floral and fruity flavors, Guatemalan coffee always deserves a spot on the menu. We discussed our Guatemalan offering, calling it "yada yada" as a placeholder, and the name stuck.
